QUICK GUIDE FOR PARTICIPATION AS PRESENTER

Abstracts are to be uploaded to the Easychair online submission system.

You will need to sign-up and click, firstly, the "Submission" button on the main menu and, secondly, on the "Add A Submission" button on the right-top of the page. Then you can submit your abstract by filling in the form.

Please do not upload your abstract additionally as a word document.

Minimum Requirements:
In-person presentation: Text upload maximum 600 words, plus images as a zip file.
Virtual presentation: Text upload maximum 600 words, plus images as a zip file.
Poster presentation: Text upload maximum 300 words or image upload as a .jpg file (not necessarily the final version).

IN-PERSON PRESENTATION
Oral presentation, 15 minutes, plus 5 minutes for discussion
POSTER
PRESENTATION
Posters must be in A1 size and vertical. Your poster will be exhibited in the exhibition hall of the conference venue during the conference.
VIRTUAL PRESENTATION
A virtual participation is also available if you are unable to attend the conference as in-person presenter. You will submit a 15 minutes long PowerPoint presentation with voice-over or a video.

PUBLICATION OF PAPERS

All presentations, including virtual and poster presentations will be included in the conference proceedings e-book with an ISBN number, which will be published before the conference.

A printed version of the book will be sent to Thomson Reuters' Web of Science index to be evaluated.

Please follow the announcements for special agreements with academic journals for selected papers to be published after the conference.

You need to submit your full paper before the deadline by uploading it to Easychair system. If you cannot submit your full paper by the deadline, your abstract will be published to document your participation.
